1. Services offered
Hello Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning services in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas including Katy, Spring, Cypress, Magnolia, Conroe, The Heights, and EaDo. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking & scheduling
Bookings can be made through our website at hellocleaningtx.com, by phone at (281-912-9667, or by email at hello@hellocleaningtx.com. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written or SMS confirmation from Hello Cleaning Services.
Appointments are subject to cleaner availability
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window
Arrival times may vary due to traffic or prior appointments running long
You will be notified by text or call if we are running more than 30 minutes late
3. Pricing & payment
Pricing is based on the size of your home, type of service, and current condition. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted upon arrival if the actual condition of the home differs significantly from what was described.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept payment via Square (credit/debit card)
Recurring clients may be invoiced after each completed visit
A $50 promotional discount for first-time clients is applied at time of booking and is subject to availability
4. Cancellation & rescheduling policy
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
48+ hours notice: Full cancellation with no fee
24–48 hours notice: 50% of the service fee may be charged
Less than 24 hours notice: Up to 100% of the service fee may be charged
No-show / lockout: Full service fee charged if our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time

5. Our right to refuse service
Hello Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
Unsafe or hazardous conditions (biohazards, extreme clutter, pest infestations)
Harassment or abusive behavior toward our team
Properties that significantly exceed the scope described at booking
Non-payment or outstanding balances
In such cases, a cancellation or partial service fee may still apply.
6. Access to your property
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes providing entry codes, keys, or other access instructions in advance. Hello Cleaning Services and its staff will treat your home and belongings with respect and care at all times.
We are not responsible for setting or disabling alarm systems unless you have provided clear instructions in advance.
7. Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your clean, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Re-clean requests made after 24 hours may not be honored.
To request a re-clean, contact us at hello@hellocleaningtx.com or (281) 912-9667 within 24 hours of your service. Please include photos if possible to help us address the concern quickly.
8. Liability & damages
Hello Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
We are not liable for damage to items that are already broken, fragile, improperly secured, or of undisclosed value
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. SMS & email communications
By booking our services or submitting a contact form on our website, you consent to receive service-related communications from Hello Cleaning Services via SMS and email. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and follow-up messages.
To opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message
To opt out of email: click Unsubscribe in any email

10. Intellectual property
All content on the Hello Cleaning Services website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Hello Cleaning Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
