  • Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning plus detailed work like cleaning inside appliances, wiping inside cabinets, scrubbing tile grout, dusting blinds and baseboards, and reaching those often-overlooked areas.

  • No. Many of our clients prefer to give us a spare key or door code so we can clean while they’re away. We’re fully insured and our cleaners are background-checked for your peace of mind.

  • Yes. We bring professional-grade cleaning products and tools. If you prefer we use your personal supplies, just let us know in advance.

  • Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products upon request to ensure the safety of your loved ones and furry friends.

  • The time depends on the size of your home and the service type. Standard cleanings typically take 2–4 hours, while deep cleans or move-in/move-out cleanings may take longer.

  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no additional cost.

  • We recommend picking up personal items, toys, and laundry so our team can focus on cleaning rather than organizing.

  • We clean interior windows as part of deep or move-in/move-out cleanings. Exterior window cleaning can be added for an extra fee.

  • It depends on your lifestyle. Many clients choose weekly or bi-weekly service for upkeep, monthly for lighter maintenance, or one-time for special occasions.

  • We try to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Availability depends on our schedule, so calling ahead is best.
